If they are changed, in the areas of importance, for the better after the Intervention (starting brain drugging) then the Scientific experiment proves the value of the drug. Deleterious effects are not germane and are just 'possible side effects.'
Then they look for the subgroup of most favorable test reports. Unfavorable experimental results from other tests are not used and are hidden, buried.
Statistically analyzing the tests they write a definitive pro-forma report and send it to their brethren at the FDA! (Independent review!!)
Then versions go to their prestigious Professional Journals. Peer Review!
So the Prozac Timeline has them knowing that the drug causes suicidal and homicidal ideation and action circa 1986.
