2. I don't understand why the parents didn't

see about having criminal charges filed against the day care worker and the Supervisor. I would think that most of the same issues sited in their lawsuit would fall under criminal complaints. It is even more horrifying that the Supervisor's way to cover up what happened was to tie other children up. The Supervisor should face criminal charges as well.

If the Church has treated one child that way they have most likely mistreated other children under their care.
