they didn't read their instruction manual properly: Matthew 6;5 is quite clear as I recall...

And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.


Thus their god has a reward they won't like for being as the hypocrites who pray in public...

I'm quite certain they will ignore that portion of the gospel, most religious folks believe their instruction booklets are like Asian take out menus, you can choose separate items from column A and column B and ignore those items you don't want.
