[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]Grew up very sheltered, a good little Catholic girl. The "real world" was a devastating shock, but I began to recover after a couple of years, and to explore other beliefs and ideas. This has been an ongoing process with lots of phases and changes, but it all keeps coming back to union with universal Love (actually not so far from where I started).
Currently, I'm mostly in a panentheistic/pagan/Buddhist mode -- learning how to sense the divine in those I have a hard time loving or even liking, learning to maintain an inner serenity no matter what else is going on, and learning how to remain consciously aware of that universal Love connection at all times.
That's a lot to learn and I expect it to take a very long time.
