Transiting Jupiter will not have made exact contact with TFG's Sun and Moon, as it turns retrograde at 20 degrees 21 minutes of Gemini in the first week of October. Translation: the potential expansion (for better or worse) is not likely to fully manifest until May 2025.
If there is a favorable reflection of transiting Venus to his Sun and Moon, it may be something that happened just before Election Day, as Venus is separating (moving away from) those planets. It literally does not apply (move towards) on that date.
Meanwhile, transiting Uranus will connect with his 24 Taurus Midheaven in June and December of 2024 -- with a third pass in March 2025. Translation: a disruption to the status quo in matters of professional status and reputation, for better or worse. That pattern could reflect him not being on the ballot, as that would certainly be a disruptive event, right? If only we were psychics (I'm not!)...
Also in March 2025: transiting Saturn squares his Sun and Moon; the last time Saturn made a hard contact to those planets was in 2017, starting in January -- with two additional passes in the fall. So we would look back to that time for examples of how he was streamlined, controlled, limited and/or blocked...as well has how he was able to exert those ambitions on others...and thus be able to manage our expectations.
In summer of 2025, Uranus will square his 29 Leo ASC for the first of three passes between that time and 2026. More change, and it would be useful to research examples of sudden disruptions of the status quo for him in 2001 and 2002.
