try going outside and just looking into the sky and unfocus your eyes a bit and you'll see particles and waves moving around...I think it must be the energy field or ether...I researched it one time because I thought it was so amazing and that's what I found. Also, to practice seeing auras it's recommended to stare into a foggy bathroom mirror, like right after a shower without the lights on (just natural daylight) and unfocus your eyes just a bit and you will begin to see your aura. It's very cool.
