I have been reading a cool book called 'frequency' , by Penney Peirce. She talks about tuning into your own home frequency and how to deal with environmental frequencies, and the range of vibes we pick up on and react to.

I don't have much time to spend on DU lately, I moved and my wifi is not the best....I MISS you guys!!!!!!
