I keep seeing more & more concerning some people "staying" in the 3rd dimension, while others ascend to the 5th. I don't feel like I'm in either group right now. What about the 4th dimension...is it like purgatory, a plateau where one can ascend later to the 5th?

Appreciate anyone who might be able to steer me toward some answers on this, or enlighten me. Thanks in advance.
