1st thing they do* is put up no trespass and keep out signs. We tend to be more neighborly. It's a given, right? You aren't allowed to come on my property legally without my permission.

*Oh except the ones who put up multiple fuck biden flags within weeks of moving in. Wonder how they received these christian freaks.
