6. I read a little at this binding site and there is a list

of various bindings over the years (one for Stephen Miller and one for Kavanaugh) but none for Mitch. He should be on the top of the "ongoing" list of bindings. I remember doing the one for Kavanaugh. Maybe that binding helped him keep his mouth shut on Friday's SCOTUS decision.
