But religious sacraments are. And strangely, "faith healing" is fairly tolerated by the courts, although there are limits. You can actually get "married" to more than one person in any church that will conduct the ceremony. The government just won't recognize more than one at a time. Religions are always going to be able to "discriminate" about hiring practices for their religious positions. It gets a touch dicier when it comes to schools and hospitals.
