If the USMNT wants to earn the world's respect they need to feel like they can beat teams like these. Germany obviously is a dominating squad right now but why do they need to fear Portugal? Portugal should fear US, not the other way round. Furthermore Ghana has beaten us twice now, but if we are confident we should WANT the chance to show we are better than they are. If you can't beat Ghana you don't deserve to advance anyway.

It's time to get busy.
