In the early days, he was proud to pay top dollar for America's best and brightest. He only turned abusive towards his employees after decades of business decline, out of determination to keep his vision alive. And when that didn't work, he sacrificed his own health and life to keep going. Trump would have bailed long ago, sticking someone else with the bill.
