2. An LSU fan, I used to despise Tebow

I'm not only an LSU fan, I'm also a Georgia fan, so Tebow has been on my hate list for quite a few years. I also have a considerable disdain for flashy and overt public displays of religiousity.

That being said, I've actually come to kind of like Tebow. He's rather personable, is not really egotisticand, is cheerful under pretty much any circumstances, and seems to have a true team orientation. If you watch him play, he can't throw passes worth a dam, but he's a pretty good athlete. I think he'd make a good receiver, and if a coach put him there I think he'd do it.

I can't say he doesn't deserve all the shit that is thrown at him but he comes across, I think, as a pretty decent guy.
