I lived in Philly growing up in the early 60s. Went to a lot of games at Connie Mack Stadium. Lived within walking distance. My Granddad took me to a couple of games in Baltimore south of Philly a little way. I was mesmerized watching Brooks play the field. The Orioles were my favorite AL team thanks to Brooksie.
