The CAS argued that since her age made it unlikely that she'd deliberately drugged herself, not allowing Valieva to skate would do her "irreparable harm."
Well, mission accomplished and move over, Simone Biles -- Valieva is about to get a crash course in irreparable harm. If she tested positive for a banned drug, she should have been banned, period -- even at the risk of Mother Russia Putin not getting a three-medal sweep.
