10. Hi, Enthusiast! Just thought I'd mention that I've read most of Barbara Kingsolver's books,

although not quite all at this point.

However, I thought The Lacuna was absolutely fabulous, and definitely one of the best books I've ever read. The only reason I didn't include in my list of "Best Books Read in 2015" is because I read it in 2009 when it first came out. I was already a Kingsolver fan, so I snatched it up right away as soon as it was available in my library.

It's an awesome read - it takes you from the days of the Bonus Army (1932) to the heady times of artists Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo in Mexico and their friendship with Trotsky, then forward to WWII.

I would say it's a book not to be missed.
