Thank you for starting this thread.

I'm reading The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver. This was recommended by someone here a few weeks back. I read The Poisonwood Bible many years ago and found it quite remarkable. This book is, as well. Funny, sad, historical, beautifully written. Timeless messages.

I did try to read The Bean Tree once but for some reason, at that time, I found it very disagreeable. Perhaps I'll try it again some day.

I look forward to hearing what others are reading this week.
