traditional taxi service. My sister did once find a phone number and called for a ride, but it is really not how they are set up to operate. I have used both services through my phone for some years now and never had a problem. If you have a smart phone and are interested you could have a friend help you get it set up. Then you can request a ride (or schedule one in advance) and then see where they are as they drive towards your location. And on the rare occasion a driver cancels, a new driver is assigned immediately and then you can see them progress to your location . If you decide not do this I’d look for a traditional cab service in your town that still has dispatchers that schedule your taxi if there are any.
