(nor should younger workers) WHEN someone leaves a job that they enjoy AND are fully capable of performing. The latter can be an issue and these kinds of situations are clearly the exception rather than the rule, but where it is not I find it offensive that so many think they should determine when someone SHOULD no longer work.
