it’s a really bad idea by the administration if for no other reason that Veterans who have their appeals denied will now be able to blame that denial on a party.

As a disabled Veteran that works closely with other disabled Veterans, I know the claims and appeals process is a constant source of criticism and this will add to the existing distrust of the system.
