It was very irresponsible of them to do so.

This is my email to them.

Gentlemen:
I was deeply disturbed by the actions of the NY Times to reveal identifying information regarding the Whistleblower in the Trump Whitehouse in regard to the recent revelations of his call to the Ukraine. This is an action I find to be exceptionally irresponsible and reprehensible on the part of your news organization. It is simply something that never should have occurred

I am not a subscriber, but if so I would certainly cancel my subscription to your paper and I have removed your news feed from my iPad News App. I will simply seek my information from news organizations that can be trusted to be responsible with sensitive information and their duty to inform the public. The NY Times has become little more than tabloid journalism.

Sincerely,
