While interesting, this does not fall into the Statement of Purpose for this Group, which is "Discuss gun politics, gun control laws, the Second Amendment, the use of firearms for self-defense, and the use of firearms to commit crime and violence."

It sounds like an NRA internal fiance issue that may have violated a finance law or regulation.

If this was a politician or administration official doing this, then yeah, it belongs here as it relates to lobbying of government officials, and thus politics.

I would recommend General Discussion for this topic, as that is where other stories like LaPierre's wardrobe expenses and such have been located.
