Gun prohibitionists have no valid arguments. All of the arguments, including yours, are a collection of ad hoc fallacies and fear mongering bullshit. That includes your comparisons of states, ad hoc fallacies.
The BoR were added at the insistence of Anti-Federalists that did not trust future generations to restrict the government enough and protect individual rights. Seems that they were right.
