I can't even read most Constitutions in their original languages.

And thats supposed to speak in your favor? You sit here and argue with and demean people who CAN read our constitution in its original language. One might conclude that you really don't have any interest in doing so, and simply want it to mesh with your own personal belief system, no matter what it says.

Are you absolutely sure that the world's constitutions are even consistent on these matters, if you are going to rely on them to do your thinking for you?

The constitutions of other nations are almost exclusively irrelevant to any discussion of our constitution.
