An innocent civilian gunned down by an oppressive representative of the government? Isn't the Rice death EXACTLY the scenario the NRA is always warning us will come if we don't arm ourselves and make sure "government is afraid of the people"?
Why are they not out there screaming from the mountaintops about this outrage?
