Hes just letting everyone know that he either doesn't understand the preamble to the bill of rights, or he hasn't read it.

The preamble destroys those arguments.

You never did answer he question:

Who is it, do you think, thats going to bring a second amendment case, into a supreme court known to be hostile to it?
