Somehow you and your fellow travelers confidence that "just one more progressive minded judge" will fix everything and overturn cases you do not like, doesn't really match with the court's actual behavior on other issues we agree with.

Maybe right after they overturn Heller and McDonald they'll rule concealed carry illegal too?

But gun control needs a fantasy to cling to I guess. Gotta keep hope alive.
