The Second Amendment will not fall until the Constitution is amended according to established law. The NRA is not the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and failure of the NRA is irrelevant to the existence of citizen's rights.

If SecularMotion wants to ban guns, SecularMotion should begin the process to amend the Constitution. (Better start right now; it could take a long time.)
