I would definitely keep an eye on him. My daughter lost one to that exactly a year ago yesterday. He was a little lethargic, so she took him in. He had a fatal heart arrhythmia while the vet was trying to insert a catheter. She was crushed.

My first cat died of that when I was 10. I’ve always been nervous about getting boy cats ever since, although we have had 7 other boys and only 1 of them had it. He survived it and lived to 19 years and 3 months of age.
