Grains Grown in Maryland

The Maryland Grain Producers works with farmers who produce corn, wheat, barley, sorghum, canola, and rapeseed. According to the 2017 Ag Census, Maryland has and produced:

7,783 Crop Farms
1,290,212 Acres
123,578 Irrigated Acres
2,132,054 Bushels of Barley
72,555,726 Bushels of Corn
838,656 Bushels of Sorghum
11,899,770 Bushels of Wheat
