I put in more garlic than ever this past fall, and have let garlic seed and sprout along my fencelines also. I planted garlic, red onions, marigolds, and nasturtiums at the ends of my rows to hopefully ward off squirrels. I snipped my scapes this past week and used some to simmer in a pot of black beans, delicious.
