6. Vegetable Curry with Tofu

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, green bell pepper, sliced carrots, cauliflower florets, mushrooms, minced garlic and ginger. When done I added crispy tofu cubes and Patak’s curry sauce. Served over organic brown basmati rice. Cheers!🥂
