I have about eleventy million recipes for this dish. It's one of my all-time favorite things to eat. I have a fondness for eastern/middle European and Balkan food. My new favorite recipe for Chicken Paprikash is from a website I stumbled across looking for something else. If you're interested, you can find tons of excellent food at www.balkanlunchbox.com.

The site is run by two Bosnian sisters. Their family emigrated to the DC area when Yugoslavia was in the midst of their civil war in the 90's. They have since moved back to Sofia and run this top-notch food blog.
