4. Fried rice w/ an egg

Which is pretty typical for me... If we have rice for dinner on any given night, there's likely to be fried rice for brekkie the next morning.

Slept until 7:00 (!!!!!!) and still feel like I could sleep. Took a lot out of me to make breakfast.

And I just realized, as I read the date, that today would have been my parents' 74th wedding anniversary. (I miss Mom.)
