I was supposed to take the Landlady out for dinner but all of our favorite restaurants were booked until too late. So I’m cooking and we agreed on tacos.

Hard shell beef tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onions, salsa and sour cream. Yellow rice and refried beans along with margaritas to round out the dinner.

Oranges for dessert.
