You are doing a fine job on those cakes. It definitely fits the wedding anniversary category, like a glove. I hope you win 1st place.

I think it's next Tuesday or Wednesday. But the fair is about 65 miles away and I may not know

They each take 30 to 40 hours a piece. I make the gumpaste flowers in advance.
