That's not a cake. That's a sculpture! It's ART! WAY too beautiful to merely eat. That belongs in a well-known public garden or in an art exhibit! Or at least shown off in a high-end bakery or confectioners display. You could even have cards made with this on the front. After all, Christmas is coming. It'd make a great gift - either picture-postcards or the folding kind with envelopes. If I owned a bakery, that's what I'd do with it.

I think it's next Tuesday or Wednesday. But the fair is about 65 miles away and I may not know

They each take 30 to 40 hours a piece. I make the gumpaste flowers in advance.
