It's sort of what I mixed together for posole verde, just need a poblano pepper or two plus some spices.

If you make this for dinner guests, have some sour cream ready for people who can't handle the heat, serranos can be very zingy when you leave the seeds in.

(Pro tip: full fat or high fat dairy is the best thing to counteract a mouthful of hell if you're not used to capsaicin)
