7. Sandwiches

We both had to work today so a simple supper is in order.

Pastrami Reuben sandwiches on soft rye bread with sauerkraut, thinly sliced onions, Thousand Island dressing and Swiss cheese. I’ll pan fry them to melt the cheese. Green salad and dill pickles on the side. Dark chocolate for dessert.
