I haven't used it for many years. I got a pork loin and divided it into 4 small roasts. I put one in the crockpot with some vegs, wine, and other seasonings. Hoping for a luscious meal
EDIT: The pork turned out good. I also stuffed the last of my hot peppers with swiss cheese and roasted them. They stayed HOT! Done cooking and eating for the day. Had a lot of fun with the post, and got some good tips and recipe ideas
