5. Grilled Cod With A Lemon Buerre Blanc

Crispy sliced potatoes with shallots, garlic & crispy bacon.
Never grilled cod before. Was pretty straightforward. I was worried about the fish flaking when it got fully cooked, but that didn't happen.
My wife enjoyed it.
