2. She uses a salad spinner to make sure the lettuce is dry after washing....

She chops it into the bite size pieces that she likes. She then fills the wide mouth jar even stuffing it down a bit to fit more lettuce. She places the flat cap over the full jar and uses her vacuum sealer w/jar attachment thingy and seals down the flat top. Then she screws on the rim cap and stores the full jars in the fridge. Hope that helps.
