I was naughty over the holidays and need to find my old resolve. Finding new (to me) ideas helps me get back some motivation. Plus I like to prepare things in bulk for the week (because I can get lazy, which is another downfall of mine) so this might be a good thing! If this method can keep the lettuce crisp I'm in! Now I just need to go get some wide mouth canning jars and give it a try.
