The body cannot absorb calcium carbonate because (wait for it) it's rock! There is no bio-availability in crushed rocks. It can collect in various joints and also create kidney stones. Iron tabs are likewise dangerous--collecting in the body and can actually cause health problems.

If you want a bioactive super level of vitamin/mineral infusion, get a masticating juicer and several times a week make juices from beets and dandelion (iron-rich), celery (organic sodium, which is actually GOOD for blood pressure!), lemon (liver-cleansing), etc.
