People think -- and I am just as guilty as anyone else of this -- that if they take a bit of rest from exercise, they'll lose whatever progress they've made. Not so. A few days of reduced or no exercise will not cause any great setback.

I would also do some lighter stuff, or maybe something different -- just to mix things up a bit. Maybe that will give a mental boost that will help with the physical.

And -- YES. If you're activity is reduced, you really need to keep track of what you eat.
