Losing a pound a week is perfect but after you lose a significant amount of weight and you change your habits for a good amount of time, sometimes your body goes through a period of sort of needs to adjust. My advice to you, and you can research this independently, is to have a week where you eat very mindfully but cut the exercise in half; then gear up again the following week. This "rest period" has gotten me through those "last few pounds" plateaus before.
