I've never done WW partly because of the cost and partly because I have a problem with a system where chocolate can be given an equivalent rating to a piece of fish, when they don't do anything near the same for appetite control, insulin, building muscle vs. fat, nutrients, etc. I'm definitely feeling more in control of the full picture picking my foods based on nutrients, and how they affect blood sugar and cravings. It makes it a lot easier to see this as a way of eating for life, instead of a diet with a start and end.
