I tried the juice diet twice, it was somewhat successful inasmuch as i lost 20lbs on the first go round but gained it all back as fast as i lost it.Second attempt went about the same as the first attempt.
Problem with a full juice diet is its really tough,your will power is constantly tested and if you have to cook for a family cheating is a frequent occurrence,Ultimately the full juice diet wasnt for me as it was unsustainable and once you stopped the juicing you gained all the weight back.
I'm now on the Joel Fuhrman approach to healthy living where its not so much a diet but a continuous dietary lifestyle.
