I started a juice reboot [View all]

After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead a couple of times, I found a juicer at a thrift store for $15 and decided to go for it. I'm morbidly obese (271 lbs., 5'6&quot but I also have to take 8 prescription medicines and I still feel like crap. I started on the 19th, and this morning I weighed 264 and I had lost an inch from my waist! I don't expect to continue losing at that pace and I wouldn't want to, but this might just work.

Here's the movie on Hulu, for free. I know it's on Netflix too.

Here is the filmmaker's website with lots of info on juicing and rebooting.
